Performance Management & Dashboards

Charter schools are held to rigorous standards of accountability by the MA DESE.  Besides the DESE, there are many stakeholders in charter schools (Boards, Parents, Students, Funders, etc.) that exert varying pressures for different types of performance measurement beyond a school's accountability plan.  The following tools can assist charter schools to understand and articulate performance management and to create a performance dashboard to report results to their constiuencies.
